  • • Oversee all functions of the sales lifecycle including sales forecasting, customer targeting, direct customer relationship management and development, negotiation of buying agreements, deal evaluations and approvals
  • • Create and manage plan for tracking sales activity, success, and lead generation
  • • Build out and train sales team by territories of CA
  • • Manage and grow accounts with sales team
  • • Develop existing network of buyers for key accounts
  • Mon-Fri 8:00AM- 5:00PM- Possible Hybrid/Remote Options


  • 5 years’ experience in sales
  • Cannabis industry knowledge, experience, and network required
  • Proven track record of hitting sales growth targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in high stress situations
  • CRM Management (Hubspot) and Google Suite
