Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated person to join the team. This person will help work with existing accounts, keeping them happy and excited about our brand and products. This position will be fun, but challenging. If you feel you have the people skills, love being outside of the office, and love closing sales, this just might be the right place for you to build.

Duties

  • Develop new methods of attaining accounts
  • Provide the marketing and product departments instant feedback regarding customers’ insights and questions
  • Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided
  • Answers questions from dispensaries and handles complaints
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as needed
  • Supports Brand Ambassadors and ensuring their events are created and have proper execution
  • Develop relationships that increase sales revenue in order to meet territory goals
  • Collaborate & Assist dispensaries to improve account strategies, inventory planning, and administrative responsibilities that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Mon-Fri 8:00AM- 5:00PM

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales
  • Cannabis industry knowledge, experience, and network required
  • Proven track record of hitting sales growth targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Weekly travel requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in high stress situations
  • CRM Management (Hubspot) and Google Suite
  • Work is remote and physical demands may vary based on territories and landscapes
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times
