Job Description
The CBD Wholesale/Retail Sales Manager will develop our entire CBD wholesale and retail plan as well as the distribution process. They will be required to work closely with our Ann Arbor and Pinconning facility staff and management. This individual will report directly to the President/COO.
This position requires independent action, initiative, and a sense of urgency, A well-suited candidate can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with them. This job requires a competitive drive in the new and ever-changing world of CBD. This person will need to understand the CBD market and make sales a priority. There is a strong demand for high-quality, organized and repeatable results.
This role has a base salary of $36,000, with a variable compensation plan that can earn a dedicated, ambitious person more than $120,000 annually with monthly commissions. While this job will not be in one single location, and all office work can be performed remotely, we do prefer a Michigan-based candidate. The right and qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and experience in developing a brand with positive results. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of Brand Development experience (Preferred)
- 2 years of Management experience (Preferred)
- 1 year of CBD experience
- 1 year of Sales experience
