Position Summary:
United Green is positioning ourselves for rapid growth with ambitions to be the #1 Cannabis Staffing Company in the United States. Headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI we are looking for a proven leader to assemble and lead our national sales team. We are looking for a motivated individual with proven success in the staffing industry and successful management experience. The Sales Director will report to upper-level management and be managing and hiring a team of 5-10 Sales reps. The Sales Director will be in charge of creating tracking methods, developing a sales strategy, marketing plans, driving growth, and targeting new emerging markets.


  • Create overall strategy of new business development
  • Hire and manage team of 5-10 Sales Representatives
  • Training and developing current and new employees to have success in the in the sales field
  • Create and manage plan for tracking sales activity, success, and lead generation
  • Conducting market research to find advantageous locations/territories to provide our services to
  • Key Account Management of existing clients and new business
  • Improve and add ideas for marketing strategy to correlate with sales strategy
  • Travel will be required monthly


    • 5+ years’ experience in Sales / Business Development sector within the staffing industry. Proven success in Sales Management and New Business Development.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with and influence many functions and levels within the company.
    • A strong, demonstrated track record of achieving tough, demanding goals.
