This position offers opportunities to work in Cultivation, Post-Harvest, Cure, or Packaging. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to build a career in the cannabis industry. Key Responsibilities Post-Harvest: Participate in harvesting cannabis plants, including cutting, de-fanning, and transporting plants to the drying area. Monitor and manage the drying and curing process to ensure optimal product quality, maintaining appropriate temperature and humidity levels. Packaging: Assist in the final packaging of cannabis products, including weighing, sealing, labeling, and preparing products for distribution. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. Must pass a background check through Identigo. Valid and up-to-date driver’s license required. Reliable transportation required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a repetitive task environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving plants (up to 50 pounds). Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well as part of a team. Must maintain accurate and consistent records and logs.
