The Cannabis Associate in will have the opportunity to work in either the Cultivation or Manufacturing department. All employees are offered great benefits and an incredible opportunity for growth in the States fastest growing industry. All Cannabis Associates MUST be at least 21 years old. Prior production, assembly, trimming, cultivation and/or cannabis experience is preferred.

This position is located in Wimauma, Florida.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing trimming/bucking/cultivation of the plants, drying in a proper manner to increase cannabis yield* Main duties include trimming cannabis flower and assisting around the facility when needed.* Other duties may include labeling, assorting, boxing and inspecting equipment.
• Pre weigh and handle cannabis product
• Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• May operate filling and labeling machines
• Maintain acceptable attendance record and promptness to work and within assigned work station; reliable, strong work ethic

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for part of the shift
• Flexible availability to work day and night shifts
• Must be able to pick up at least 40 pounds safely
• Fast-learner and able to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $14.00 per hour
