Overview:
United Green Staffing is the Nation’s leading Cannabis Staffing company and we are looking to add another team player. We are looking to add motivated Recruiter to our Head Quarter Office in Auburn Hills, MI. The ideal individuals will assist our team in number of areas including Recruiting and Onboarding New Hires across the Nation. We are looking for someone who will assist with day-to-day operations and who is an innovative thinker that is looking to grow with our team!

Duties:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Utilize various recruitment platforms
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Conduct cold calling and networking activities to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and ensure new hires are properly onboarded
- Support HR sourcing initiatives by researching and identifying potential talent pools
- Assist in contract negotiations with candidates and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred in related fields or 1-2 years of Recruiting Experience

- Must be above the age of 21

- Able to pass and complete a full background check

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel software

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

- High proficiency in computer skills a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year & Uncapped Commission
