Hiring Services We Offer

Contract / Project / Temp Hiring

Our contract services consist of The United Green employees working on-site for our clients; meaning on paper they are a W2 employee of The United Green, however, they report to work at our clients' facility. When an employee is a “contract employee,” they are paid weekly by The United Green on an hourly basis for the number of hours they work on-site for our client. This is all tracked and logged through our CRM, Bullhorn. Every employee of United Green has a Bullhorn account where they log their hours on a weekly basis.

Contract-to-Direct Services

Contract-to-Direct Services are the same as contract employees with the differentiator being their time on contract. For a contract-to-direct employee, they remain on contract with The United Green for a specified amount of time. Once they complete that contract, they are eligible to go direct with our employee with no fee. Typically, a contract-to-direct agreement is 6 months (the longer the better).

Direct Hire Services

Our Direct Hire services consist of The United Green finding specified employees for our clients, charging a one-time fee (percentage of their first-year salary), and having the employee under our Client’s employment on their first day. This means The United Green does not send out start paperwork, however, we set up interviews, provide resumes and descriptions, and assistance along the whole interview/hiring process. Direct Hire services are essentially a Head-Hunting fee for finding hard-to-find employees for our clients.
